Arbereshe

[edit]

I don't think Arbereshe could be regarded as immigrant in Italy, since they have been lived there since the XV century, in the age of agriculture and therefore they live in Arbereshe villages. So, they should be regarded as a traditional minority, and in fact they enjoy the juridical treatement of the other traditional linguistic minorities, which are majority in their villages. On the contrary, in Italy there are many Albanian people immigrated after the fall of Communism: these should be regraded as the true Albanian immigrated in Italy.
